Marshall Nissan Doncaster

At Marshall Nissan Doncaster, we’re offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced and strategic General Manager to join our leadership team. You’ll play a pivotal role in the success of our store, ensuring high performance, driving profitability, and fostering an outstanding colleague and customer culture.

In this role:

  • You’ll have full accountability for the performance of the store, overseeing both the Sales and Aftersales departments.
  • You will lead, motivate, and develop your management teams, supporting them to meet and exceed financial, operational, and customer satisfaction targets.
  • You will work closely with your Franchise Director, in ensuring that every part of the business is aligned with group objectives, manufacturer expectations, and industry compliance.
  • You’ll also take the lead on local marketing, commercial growth strategy, and staff development across the site.

We're looking for:

  • Someone with previous General Manager experience and a solid understanding of dealership operations.
  • Someone commercially astute, who can drive business performance through effective planning, leadership, and people development.
  • Someone with stakeholder management and the ability to lead and influence at all levels.
  • Someone who has a customer focused mindset, with the drive to achieve high CSI scores and build long-term loyalty.
  • Someone with good problem-solving skills and an analytical approach to data, forecasting, and performance management.
  • Most importantly, a role model who lives and breathes our values.
