Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with drainage, and utility installation works
- Supporting excavation and groundwork activities
- Loading, unloading, and moving materials and equipment safely around site
- Assisting plant operators and skilled trades where required
- Maintaining site cleanliness
- Following all health & safety procedures and site rules
- Assisting with temporary works, and traffic management activities
- Working as part of a team to ensure works are completed safely and efficiently
- Carrying out general labouring duties as directed by site management

Qualifications
- Valid CSCS Card
- Full UK Driving Licence
Education & Experience
- Previous experience working on construction, civil engineering, utilities, or groundwork projects
- Valid CSCS Card
- Good understanding of health & safety on site
- Confined space certification
- Street works / NRSWA qualification
Skills & Competencies
- Good understanding of construction site health & safety practices
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Good communication skills
- Physically fit and capable of carrying out manual tasks
- Awareness of safe working practices around plant and machinery
- Ability to work in fast-paced site environments
- Time management and reliability
- Basic understanding of groundwork, drainage, or utility works advantageous
