Are you a dedicated professional looking to contribute your skills to a dynamic operational team? We are currently seeking a motivated General Operative to join our client's facility in Swindon. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who prides themselves on precision, efficiency, and maintaining high standards within a professional work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Perform essential operational tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of daily activities.
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment in accordance with company protocols.
  • Operate machinery or equipment as required to meet production or service targets.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve operational objectives.
  • Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations and quality control standards.
  • Assist with inventory management and preparation of materials for distribution.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a general operative or similar manual labor role is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Reliability, punctuality, and a professional attitude toward workplace responsibilities.
  • Physical capability to handle the demands of the position.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to follow technical instructions accurately.

Employment Details

  • Location: Swindon
  • Contract Type: 12 months
  • Working Hours: Mon-Fri, early and late shift; 7:15-00, 15:00-22:45 rotational
  • Pay rate: GBP13.86 + 22% shift allowance (GBP16.90 including shift allowance)
