About The Role
Pertemps Coventry Commercial seeks a General Operative for a manufacturing firm in Exhall. This temporary placement pays £13.00 per hour. Working hours run Monday to Thursday, 7:30am to 4:00pm, concluding at 12:30pm on Fridays. Your duties involve:

General Operative – Manufacturing
Location: Exhall
Pay Rate: £13.00 per hour
Hours: Monday–Thursday, 7:30am–4:00pm & Friday, 7:30am–12:30pm
We are currently recruiting for General Operatives to join a busy manufacturing company based in Exhall. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a hands-on role within a manufacturing environment.
Duties Will Include
- General labouring duties on the shop floor
- Packing metal components into boxes
- Labelling products
- Keeping the shop floor and work areas clean and tidy
- General cleaning duties
- Following health & safety procedures

The Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is beneficial
- Comfortable with physical, hands-on work
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to work as part of a team
- Good attention to detail
