About The Role
Laing O'Rourke is currently recruiting for three General Operatives to join our team on the Great Grid Project in Chesterfield. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a major infrastructure project with one of the UK's leading construction and engineering organisations.

Key Responsibilities
- Assisting site teams with daily operational activities.
- Maintaining high standards of housekeeping across the site.
- Loading, unloading and distributing materials.
- Supporting logistics and site management teams.
- Following all Health, Safety and Environmental procedures.
- Carrying out general labouring duties as required.
- Reporting hazards, incidents and unsafe conditions.

Requirements
- Valid CSCS Card.
- Previous construction site experience preferred.
- Strong commitment to health and safety.
- Reliable, hardworking and punctual.
- Able to work effectively as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
