Senior Salmon Recruitment
Senior Salmon are recruiting experienced Precast Concrete Operatives for a well-established manufacturing site in Worksop. This is an ongoing role within a busy precast concrete factory, offering long-term stability, consistent hours and the opportunity to work within a skilled production environment.
Shifts Available
- Monday to Friday
- Days: 6:00am - 2:30pm
Pay
- £14.00 - £18.20 per hour (overtime rates)

Role Duties
- General factory labouring
- Setting up and preparing concrete moulds
- Casting and pouring concrete units
- Operating automated machinery
- Manufacturing precast concrete products
- Supporting production teams to maintain workflow and quality standards
Requirements
- CSCS card (essential)
- Previous precast concrete or construction experience
- Own transport due to shift times and location (free onsite parking available)
- Right to work in the UK
