About the Role
We are seeking General Operatives / Groundworkers to join our CTSL team in Bathgate, Rhyl and Preston, working on nationwide projects.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career within the construction and property repair industry. The role will primarily involve hand digging and supporting remediation and reinstatement projects across a variety of sites throughout the UK.
No previous experience is required as full training will be provided. We are looking for individuals with a positive attitude, strong work ethic and the physical capability to undertake manual outdoor work. This role also offers opportunities to develop skills in building trades and progress within the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out hand digging and excavation works as required on site
- Support remediation, reinstatement and property repair projects
- Assist site teams with general labouring and groundworks activities
- Load, unload and move materials, equipment and tools safely
- Maintain a clean, tidy and safe working environment
- Work as part of a team to deliver projects safely and efficiently
- Follow health and safety procedures, including the use of PPE
- Travel nationwide to project sites and work away from home when required
- Keep accurate timesheets and basic job records
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Physically capable of carrying out manual outdoor work
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Reliable and punctual approach to work
- Full UK driving licence
- Willingness to travel nationwide and stay away from home when required
- Right to work in the UK
- A DBS check is required for these positions, to be arranged and paid for by the organisation.
