General Operative / Labourer (M30 7DZ) – Fulltime

An opportunity to work on a major construction project in the M30 7DZ area, delivering important works over the coming years.
PAYE basis
- £15.25 per hour for the first 39 hours
- Time and a half after 39 hours
- Paid Holidays: 30 days per year (including bank holidays)
Must Have
- CSCS Green Labourer Card
- NPORS Traffic Marshal
- Previous experience working on construction or infrastructure projects
- Good understanding of Health & Safety procedures
- Ability to carry out general labouring duties and traffic marshalling
- Reliable and proactive approach to work
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Key Responsibilities
- Carry out general labouring duties across site
- Assist tradespeople and site teams with daily activities
- Carry out traffic marshalling duties safely and efficiently
- Assist with deliveries and movement of materials around site
- Keep work areas clean, tidy and free from hazards
- Follow site procedures and Health & Safety requirements
- Support the successful delivery of the project
