2 Sisters Food Group is a leading poultry processing company that specialises in supplying quality products to various markets. Members of our Amber Foods team are based at every UK Poultry site and are responsible for managing the collection of by-products to prevent waste of any part of the bird.

The Hours of Work and Shift Patterns Are:

  • 4 days working week
  • Rotational shift. Start time: 04:55 am till 3:10 pm

Pay Rates:

  • £13.26 raising to £13.94 after successful training

Main Responsibilities

  • As a Production Operative with 2 Sisters, you will be handling, trussing, cutting, and packing food products for top-tier customers within a busy chilled factory environment.
  • To correctly and effectively carry out the required functions, once trained to do so, in any area of the factory.
  • To maintain high standards of personal hygiene and presentation during working hours.
  • Produce each product to the required specification following all quality standards.
  • Follow all safe-working practices, halting any unsafe working practices.
  • To undertake such other duties as may be reasonably required for the effective operation of the factory and unit.

Qualifications

  • Able to communicate in English.
  • Basic numeracy and literacy skills.
  • Good hand/eye coordination.
  • Electric pallet truck license (preferred).
  • Forklift license (preferred).
  • Level 2 basic food safety.
  • Level 2 H&S.
  • Basic knife skills.
