Role Outline
As a General Operative, you will play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of mechanical projects across wastewater treatment sites. Working alongside experienced engineers and site teams, you will assist with a wide range of site activities, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities
- Assist with mechanical works wastewater treatment sites.
- Carry out general labouring and site support duties.
- Load, unload and move materials, tools and equipment safely.
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with installations, maintenance and repairs.
- Follow site health, safety and environmental procedures at all times.
- Use hand and power tools safely and responsibly.
- Report any safety concerns, defects or incidents promptly.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, subcontractors and clients.
- Travel to sites across the UK as required.

Requirements
- Previous experience in a construction, utilities, engineering or industrial environment is desirable but not essential.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work safely and follow instructions.
- Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- CSCS Card (preferred but not essential).
- Full UK Driving Licence (preferred).
- Right to Work in the UK on a permanent basis.
