Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable Production Operatives to join our team in Sandycroft on a permanent basis.

Please note: The above locations relate to potential pick-up/transport points. The role itself is based at our site in Sandycroft.
Shifts Pattern
- Week 1: Sunday - Thu (04:45 - 13:15)
- Week 2: Monday to Thursday (14:00 - 22:30), Friday (09:30 - 18:00)
- Hours: 42.5 hours per week

In this role, you’ll help prepare poultry products for our customers while working in a chilled factory environment. Depending on your team, duties may include handling chicken portions, filleting, deboning, or preparing whole birds. Full training is provided, so no previous experience is required.
Qualifications
We’re looking for people with a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to high standards of safety and quality. Experience in production or factory work is helpful but not essential — full training will be provided, including Level 1 Health & Safety Level 2 Food Safety certification. Compensation: up to GBP 13.30 - hourly
