GENERAL OPERATIVE
Salary: £33,158.40 per Annum
Working Hours: 42 hours average (12 hour shifts, 4 on 4 off shift rotation)
Location: Cheltenham

About The Role
As a General Operative you will operate to deliver both planned and reactive maintenance tasks as allocated by the shift supervisor, responding to all incidents swiftly to minimise business disruption.
Key Responsibilities
- Overseeing on-site contractors.
- Performing planned and reactive maintenance.
- Responding to defects, faults, and client requests.
- Maintaining records and producing simple reports.
- Identifying material requirements.
- Developing and maintaining contact with client representatives.
- Adhering to security policies.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Practical Skills: Proven handy person skills (DIY/semi-skilled level) and previous experience in general Facilities Management (FM) or maintenance work.
- Communication and IT: Strong English language skills, basic IT knowledge (email, calendar), and familiarity with Word and Excel.
- Security Requirement: The ability to pass the DV security clearance process.
