About the Role
This is a position for a successful GP, who demonstrated successful exits and cash flow management. Ability to co-invest with the LPs ("skin in the game") is core.
You want to build a new Venture Fund, which focus on efficiency of the investments - Big through worldwide network!
Key Requirements
- It needs VCs, which have experience and network in their domains to create totally new market segments / categories to achieve above market IRR
- (New) Categories and AI First / Native startups are THE THING to invest in, not next AI agent hit&run market
- It needs new co-operation models to scale the startups fast

Focus Areas
- Automotive in-cabin, health & longevity AI, fashion & beauty. All digital platforms!
- No bio, genetics, pharma, parts/hardware for cars, fashion design or cosmetic products.
- No consultants, bankers, associate roles or fractionals.
- CVC managers from core industries welcome, but must understand VC management and must have ambition to super scale for IPO.

Building the A-team
Qualifications:
- Strong track record of raising a new fund.
- Deep industry expertise and a keen understanding of market dynamics, trends, and competitive landscapes.
- Understanding of business models and how AI scales.
- Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to conduct rigorous strategic and financial analysis.
