The Role

About You
Our teams are made up of brilliant people who have come from a wide variety of previous experiences. There are certain traits that we will look for in most candidates:
- Friendly and enthusiastic, with a can-do attitude and a desire to learn
- Really care about providing a fantastic experience for guests
- Work well under pressure and as part of a team
- Clear communication skills
- Enjoy working in an environment surrounded by great food and drink

We started with one restaurant (Portland in 2015) and added a few more into the fold over the next three years, driven by the talent of our teams rather than any grand expansion strategy.
