Role Description
The General Practitioner will provide comprehensive primary care services to patients in an on-site setting located in London. Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Conducting patient consultations
- Performing clinical examinations
- Interpreting diagnostic tests
- Developing treatment plans for a range of acute and chronic conditions

The role involves coordinating care with multidisciplinary colleagues, reviewing medications, managing referrals, and maintaining accurate clinical records in line with regulatory standards. The practitioner will also contribute to patient education, preventive health initiatives, and service development.

This is a full-time role that requires consistent on-site presence and active participation in clinical meetings and quality improvement activities.
Qualifications
- Strong clinical foundation in Medicine and Primary Care, with experience managing diverse patient presentations.
- Background in Family Medicine and Nursing or close collaboration with nursing teams to deliver holistic care.
- Commitment to Training, continuous professional development, and staying current with clinical guidelines.
- Valid medical degree and full registration with the appropriate medical regulatory body (e.g., GMC or equivalent).
- Experience in outpatient or clinic-based settings, ideally including pain or weight management.
- Excellent communication, consultation, and documentation skills, with a patient-centered approach.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and adapt to evolving service needs.
- Demonstrated commitment to ethical practice, safeguarding, and adherence to CQC and local clinical governance standards.
