Peak is building a new model of preventative healthcare, designed to help people live healthier for longer.
We are building it with Dr Missagh Fini, whose practice includes Premier League football clubs, Formula One drivers and high-profile public figures in TV/film and music. The ambition is to take that elite standard of preventative care and make it accessible to everyone.
Members receive comprehensive health testing and ongoing, chat-based, asynchronous access to a dedicated doctor who helps them understand what their results mean, decide what to prioritise, and stay on track as their health evolves. They also have direct access to a personal trainer, nutritionist and other specialists, giving each member their own multi-disciplinary team with the high touch support to make meaningful, lasting changes.
We have raised the largest healthcare pre-seed round in the UK, backed by four repeat founders and an exceptional investor group. The goal? To build a trailblazer in healthcare that revolutionises how we approach (and prevent) disease. This will set the standard globally for the generations that follow. We want doctors ready to build a legacy!
The Role
You'll be the dedicated doctor for a panel of Peak members. You'll review their bloods, biomarkers and wearable data, write clear, personalised recommendations, answer their messages and make clinical decisions, then stay with them as their health changes over time.
Care is delivered asynchronously through written reports and messaging. There are no 10-minute appointments, so you have time to think, check the evidence and write something the member will actually act on.

You'll work within Peak's clinical playbooks and pathways, with a PT, nutritionist and specialists around every member. The role is around 20 hours per week and fully remote. There is a clear path to more hours and greater responsibility as the clinical team grows.
What you'll be responsible for
- Reviewing comprehensive health data, blood results and wearable data for your members and producing clear, personalised written reports and recommendations.
- Being the dedicated doctor for your members over time: answering their questions, helping them prioritise, and keeping them on track.
- Making sound clinical decisions asynchronously, including knowing when to escalate or refer.
- Working within Peak's clinical playbooks and pathways, and providing feedback where they could be better.
- Collaborating with PTs, nutritionists and specialists so each member's care joins up.
Who you are
- You're a GP who enjoys the medicine but is tired of the way it usually has to be delivered.
- You're a broad generalist with strong clinical judgement and a real interest in preventative health, longevity or performance medicine. You're comfortable interpreting comprehensive biomarker panels and explaining what they mean in plain English.
- You write exceptionally well and know how to be personable and build rapport through messaging. Peak is an asynchronous service, so clear communication and great clinical decision-making without a consultation room are essential.
- You're happy working within a clear clinical framework, and you take ownership of the members in your care.
- You're curious about AI and technology, and interested in where they can make clinical care more consistent without compromising clinical judgement.

Requirements
- GMC registered GP with a licence to practise in the UK, currently practising, with at least 5 years' experience as a fully qualified GP
- A broad generalist with exceptional clinical judgement and confidence interpreting comprehensive biomarker panels
- A genuine interest in preventative, longevity, screening-led or performance medicine
- Excellent written communication and confidence delivering care asynchronously
- Reliable and self-directed, with the discipline to work effectively remotely
- Available for around 20 hours per week
What will set you apart
- Hands-on experience in a private, preventative, longevity or screening-led setting
- Experience with remote or digital-first care, including report-writing or messaging-based platforms
- A background in lifestyle medicine, sports and exercise medicine, functional medicine or metabolic health
- Experience as a locum GP, and the adaptability that comes with it
