GP Opportunities in Cornwall

We’re expanding our GP workforce and looking for motivated, adaptable, and patient-centred GPs who want to make a real difference across Cornwall’s urgent and primary care system.

We offer multiple ways to work with us, allowing you to shape a portfolio career that fits your lifestyle, interests, and availability.

What’s on offer?

Integrated Urgent Care Weekend Treatment Centre Work

A flexible, varied role combining Out-of-Hours urgent care with weekend daytime sessions in our treatment centres, including home visiting.

This option is ideal for GPs who enjoy urgent care, continuity, and predictable weekend work.

Winter Pressures Support (6-Month Fixed Term Contract)

Support GP practices across Cornwall during the busy winter period. This role offers variety, autonomy, and the chance to make a significant impact across the system.

Ideal for GPs seeking broad experience and meaningful system-wide contribution.

Locum Work – Primary Care Hubs (Minor Injuries & Ailments)

Prefer locum flexibility with no commitment? Work in our Primary Care Hubs supporting minor injuries and ailments.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
