About The Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a VR General Practitioner to work alongside a close-knit group of Doctors based in Rockhampton, QLD. As a regional-based practice, you will have exposure to a greater variety and complexity of patient cases, with unparalleled support and collaboration with team members.

Rockhampton has a growing number of retail outlets, casual and fine dining locations along the banks of the Fitzroy River, and a constantly evolving art and music scene. The city is also home to several exceptional primary and secondary schools and a short journey to a host of unique weekend experiences like Caves, Sandstone Gorges, Rainforests or one of the many islands along the Capricorn Coast.

The successful applicant will be an experienced VR GP that has:

  • AHPHRA registration as a General Practitioner
  • Hold FRACGP or FACRRM
  • Willing to consider stepping up as a GP Supervisor will be greatly regarded
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

For direct candidates – relocation costs for those outside the region or a sign-on bonus is also on offer.
