General Production Operative
As a General Production Operative, you will play a crucial role in the production process, assisting in various tasks to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our manufacturing facility. You will work as part of a team to produce high-quality products and meet production targets while maintaining a safe and clean work environment.

As we continue to expand our operations, we are looking for a talented General Production Operative to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Assembly and Manufacturing: Participate in the assembly and manufacturing of products according to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality standards.
- Machine Operation: Operate production machinery, such as presses, cutting machines, or conveyor systems, while following safety protocols and maintaining equipment cleanliness.
- Quality Control: Conduct visual inspections of products at various stages of production to identify defects or deviations from specifications. Report any quality issues to supervisors.
- Material Handling: Safely handle and transport raw materials, components, and finished products within the production area using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other equipment.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records, including tracking materials used and reporting shortages to the inventory control team.
- Cleaning and Maintenance: Keep work areas clean and organized, including machinery, tools, and production equipment. Perform routine maintenance tasks and assist with equipment setup and changeovers.
- Safety Compliance: Follow all safety procedures and guidelines, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and participating in safety training programs.
- Team Collaboration: Work cooperatively with team members and supervisors to achieve production targets and resolve production-related issues or challenges.
- Documentation: Complete production logs, forms, and reports accurately and on time. Record data related to production metrics and quality checks.

- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
