General Sales Manager – Diss
We have a fantastic opportunity for a motivated, forward-thinking and commercially driven individual with a proven track record as a Sales Manager to join our Easypeasy site in Diss.
Situated in a fantastic location with excellent footfall and high levels of passing traffic, this is a great opportunity for an experienced Sales Manager to make their mark and play a key role in developing the business.
We Are Looking For Someone Who
- Has a proven track record in Sales Management
- Has a genuine passion for Used Cars and understands the importance of stock, pricing, preparation and profit
- Is commercially focused, motivated and driven to achieve results
- Can lead, motivate and develop a sales team
- Is forward-thinking and confident in identifying new opportunities to grow the business
- Has excellent customer and communication skills
- Is prepared to be hands-on and lead from the front
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to make a real difference, grow the sales operation and help maximise the potential of a busy and well-positioned Diss site.

Responsibilities
- Drive the Sales Performance of Used Cars including finance and additional products
- Ensure staff provide the highest level of customer service at all times
- Continuous training will be provided to further knowledge & skill set for career progression
Requirements
- Must hold a driving licence
