40 Hours Per Week | Saturdays Required | Weekday Day Off

Pembrook Resourcing is looking for an experienced General Sales Manager to lead a high-volume motorcycle retail operation.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced motorcycle or automotive sales leader who knows how to drive volume, develop people and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

The Role

As General Sales Manager, you will take responsibility for the overall performance of a busy motorcycle retail operation, with a target of 1,000+ new and used motorcycle sales.

You will also oversee a Used All-Makes Centre with 120+ motorcycles, while leading the sales team and driving commercial performance across the business.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

  • Leading a high-volume motorcycle sales operation
  • Driving new and used motorcycle sales volumes
  • Achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs
  • Managing and developing the sales team
  • Driving enquiry management and CRM performance
  • Maximising customer retention and repeat business
  • Increasing sales of Parts, Clothing and Accessories
  • Driving GAP, Warranty and other finance-related products
  • Monitoring and improving sales performance
  • Working closely with Marketing to maximise opportunities
  • Supporting and attending motorcycle events
  • Maintaining excellent customer service standards
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes and profitability

About You

We're looking for someone with:

  • Proven experience in a motorcycle or automotive sales management position
  • Strong leadership and people-management skills
  • A proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Excellent understanding of CRM and enquiry management
  • Strong commercial awareness
  • A genuine passion for motorcycles and the retail environment
  • The ability to motivate, engage and develop a sales team
  • A customer-first approach
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • The confidence to lead a high-volume operation
