Aramark UK is currently recruiting for a General Catering Assistant to join a passionate team at the University of Derby.
About the Role

Job Responsibilities
The role involves:
- Serving food and beverages to customers, ensuring standards set by Aramark are met.
- Performing cleaning duties associated with service equipment and furniture.
- Preparing and maintaining service areas and points immaculately.
- Managing correct storage of food items and equipment post-service.
- Adhering to high personal hygiene, appearance, and uniform standards.
- Maintaining professional customer service standards in all interactions.
- Compliance with and support for the company’s:
- Health and safety policy
- Equal opportunities policy
Key Requirements
- Ability to pass an Enhanced DBS check.
- Strong personal standards and meticulous attention to detail.
- (Preferred but not essential) Previous experience in a similar role.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
