Join Our Team for the Busy Season!
We're looking for a hands-on, proactive General Site Assistant to support operations at our Southampton Docks terminal.
This is a fantastic opportunity with regular full-time working hours across a Monday to Friday working week and with opportunity for extra overtime and some weekend working.
You will be part of our small team during our peak season, helping us deliver high-quality nutrient blends to farmers across the region. We may be able to extend the role into a permanent position with us for the right candidate and workload allowing.
What You'll Be Doing
- Assisting on the bagging line - tying off and preparing product bags for loading
- Supporting extra hours during ship arrivals (which may include some extra time at weekends)
- Loading finished products onto lorries using a forklift (if you hold a licensed/experienced)
- Keeping the site clean and tidy

What We're Looking For
- A practical, team-focused attitude
- Comfortable working on your feet
- Flexible to work overtime during busy periods
- Forklift license desirable (but not essential)
Full PPE provided, on-site staff room and kitchen facilities. Please note the site is dock-side with much open-air.
There may be opportunities for ongoing work with us after the busy season ends.
