General Store Manager | Experience Store | Up to £70,000 + Bonus & Commission

The Role: Leading the Customer Journey

  • Leading the customer journey at all times
  • Be at the heart of the in-store experience.
  • Able to shape how customers feel, how your team engages, and how the entire sales journey unfolds
  • Every customer receives a warm, personal welcome
  • Your team listens first, sells second, and builds genuine rapport
  • Follow up with an effective aftercare program
  • The sales process feels consultative, helpful, and never pressured
  • Customers leave feeling confident, valued, and delighted with their experience
  • Your store becomes known locally for outstanding service and expertise
  • You won't just manage performance - you'll coach your team to create moments that matter for customers.
