The Role: Leading the Customer Journey
- Leading the customer journey at all times
- Be at the heart of the in-store experience.
- Able to shape how customers feel, how your team engages, and how the entire sales journey unfolds
- Every customer receives a warm, personal welcome
- Your team listens first, sells second, and builds genuine rapport
- Follow up with an effective aftercare program
- The sales process feels consultative, helpful, and never pressured
- Customers leave feeling confident, valued, and delighted with their experience
- Your store becomes known locally for outstanding service and expertise
- You won't just manage performance - you'll coach your team to create moments that matter for customers.
