General Store Manager | Flagship Store | Windsor
Salary: Up to £65,000 + Bonus + Excellent Benefits
Zachary Daniels is partnering with a leading UK retailer to recruit an exceptional General Store Manager for a high-profile store in Windsor.
This is a senior leadership opportunity for a retail professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume, and commercially driven environment. You'll lead a large team, take ownership of the store P&L, and drive sales, customer experience, and operational performance.
We're open to leaders from food, fashion, department stores, and other high-volume retail environments. We're looking for strong leadership, commercial acumen, and the ability to operate confidently at scale.

The Role
- Lead and develop a large team and management structure.
- Own sales, profitability, productivity, and key store KPIs.
- Drive operational standards and exceptional customer experience.
- Manage P&L, payroll, and operational costs.
- Use data and trading insight to identify and deliver commercial opportunities.
- Build a strong performance culture and develop future leaders.
- Partner with senior leadership to deliver wider business objectives.
About You
You'll be an experienced General Store Manager, Store Manager, or senior retail leader with a track record in a large-scale operation. You'll bring:
- Strong commercial and financial understanding.
- Experience leading large teams and management structures.
- A proven record of delivering sales and operational KPIs.
- Excellent people leadership and talent development skills.
- Resilience, pace, and strong decision-making.
- The confidence to lead at scale and influence senior stakeholders.
