Salary: £30,642.50 - £32,174.63 per annum (dependant on experience)
Working Hours: Permanent, Full-time position, 40 hours per week Monday to Friday, Various Shifts As Required

About The Role
We are actively seeking a highly reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented Site Technician to become an integral part of our dedicated team. As a Site Technician, you will play a crucial role in the ongoing maintenance and repair of assets, ensuring all tasks are delivered to high standards while working in accordance with Health and Safety legislation.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Site Manager with basic building and fabric maintenance works.
- Maintain and repair fixtures, fittings, and cosmetic works within the buildings.
- Perform routine building maintenance tasks and minor repairs.
- Respond to generated alarms and faults, escalating issues to the Site Manager when necessary.
- Support landscaping and ground maintenance as required.
- Follow Health & Safety Policy and Safe Systems of Work procedures at all times.
- Report all unsafe conditions, damage, or near misses to the appropriate person.
- Work both independently and as a proactive member of the team.
- Ensure the site reflects a professional image at all times.
- Prioritize and manage your own time in accordance with assigned workloads.

Essential Requirements
- Previous experience in school or building maintenance.
- Knowledge of relevant Health and Safety procedures.
- Reliable and conscientious with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Punctual, enthusiastic, and flexible approach to work.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
