We are now looking for a Team Leader to join our site at Great Bear Markham Vale 1 site.
Job Description
We are looking for reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operatives to join Warrens at our Blackrod site joining a busy ambient warehouse operation. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a fast-paced, modern warehouse environment where you will support across our Bread distribution operation within a 24 hour warehouse operation.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys practical, hands-on work, takes pride in accuracy and safety, and is comfortable working as part of a team in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Shift pattern: 4 on 4 off Nights from 08:00 - 18:00
What you'll be doing:
- Pick, load and move stock accurately across the warehouse.
- Support inbound activity, including checking goods and moving products to the correct locations.
- Use PPT equipment where trained and authorised to do so.
- Prepare goods for dispatch and help ensure orders are completed to the required standard.
- Keep work areas clean, tidy and safe at all times.
- Follow all health and safety procedures, reporting any issues or hazards promptly.
Qualifications
What we're looking for:
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred, particularly within picking, loading, inbound or stock movement.
- PPT experience is desirable but not essential.
- A good level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- A strong focus on health and safety.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Reliable timekeeping and a positive, flexible approach to shift work.
