Generalist Expert (UK/Europe)

Position: Generalist Expert

Type: Hourly Contract

Compensation: $50–$70/hour

Location: Remote — UK / Europe

About the Opportunity

This opportunity is for UK and Europe-based generalist professionals to contribute to an advanced AI research and evaluation project. You will help train and evaluate frontier AI models by reviewing a broad range of everyday professional work products, including documents, presentations, spreadsheets, and other written materials. The role focuses on assessing content for quality, accuracy, clarity, completeness, consistency, and overall professional standards.

This is a strong opportunity for sharp, detail-oriented generalists who are comfortable working across different formats and subject areas. Deep specialization in a single field is not required — sound judgment, careful reading, analytical thinking, and clear written reasoning are the key skills.

Responsibilities

  • Review and evaluate documents, presentations, spreadsheets, and other professional materials for quality and correctness.
  • Assess AI-generated work products for accuracy, clarity, completeness, and consistency.
  • Provide clear, concise, and well-reasoned written feedback and ratings.
  • Compare and rank AI-generated outputs against defined evaluation criteria.
  • Identify errors, inconsistencies, omissions, reasoning gaps, and formatting issues.
  • Evaluate whether generated materials meet expected professional quality standards.
  • Apply sound judgment when reviewing content across varied subject areas and professional contexts.
  • Analyze written materials carefully and identify areas requiring correction or improvement.
  • Work independently while following structured evaluation guidelines and project requirements.
  • Provide feedback that helps improve how AI systems reason about and produce real-world professional work.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
