This role is for one of our clients

Compensation: $50-$70 per hour

We are seeking highly capable UK or Europe-based generalist professionals to support the training and evaluation of advanced AI systems. In this role, you will review and assess a variety of everyday professional work products—including documents, presentations, spreadsheets, and other written materials—and evaluate them for quality, accuracy, clarity, consistency, and completeness.

Your expertise and feedback will help improve how AI systems understand, evaluate, and produce high-quality real-world professional work.

This opportunity is well suited to detail-oriented generalists who are comfortable working across different formats and subject areas. Deep specialization in a single discipline is not required; strong analytical judgment, careful attention to detail, and the ability to communicate reasoning clearly are key.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and evaluate documents, presentations, spreadsheets, and other professional materials for accuracy, quality, clarity, and completeness.
  • Assess AI-generated and human-created work against defined evaluation criteria.
  • Compare and rank outputs based on quality, relevance, correctness, and effectiveness.
  • Identify factual errors, inconsistencies, omissions, formatting issues, and weaknesses in reasoning.
  • Provide clear, concise, and well-supported written feedback explaining evaluation decisions.
  • Apply evaluation guidelines consistently across different types of professional content.
  • Work independently while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
