About the Opportunity
Mercor is seeking detail-oriented generalist professionals based in the UK and Europe to support advanced AI training and evaluation projects. This opportunity focuses on reviewing and assessing a wide variety of professional work products, including documents, presentations, spreadsheets, and written content.
You will apply strong judgment, analytical thinking, and written communication skills to evaluate AI-generated outputs and help improve the quality and reliability of next-generation AI systems.
Ideal Candidates
- Bachelor's degree or higher in any discipline
- Based in the United Kingdom or Europe
- Strong reading comprehension and written communication skills in English
- Excellent attention to detail and critical thinking abilities
- Comfortable reviewing content across multiple subject areas and formats
- Able to work independently and provide objective, well-reasoned feedback
- Familiarity with common productivity tools such as Docs, Slides, and Sheets

Key Responsibilities
- Review and evaluate documents, presentations, spreadsheets, and other professional materials
- Assess content for quality, accuracy, clarity, completeness, and formatting
- Compare and rank AI-generated outputs against established evaluation criteria
- Identify errors, inconsistencies, gaps in reasoning, and formatting issues
- Provide clear written feedback and scoring justifications
- Help improve AI model performance through structured evaluations and annotations
