We're looking for a Generative AI Consultant who thrives on experimenting with AI technologies and transforming business challenges into practical, reliable AI solutions.
Joining Valcon's growing AI team, you'll work directly with clients to design, test and optimise Generative AI solutions using modern approaches such as prompt engineering, context engineering, Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) and evaluation-led development.

What you'll be doing:
- Designing and refining prompts, context patterns and retrieval strategies
- Building and improving AI-enabled experiences using LLMs
- Running experiments and evaluating model performance
- Facilitating workshops to uncover business needs and AI opportunities
- Collaborating with architects, engineers and data specialists
- Helping organisations adopt AI responsibly and effectively
We're looking for experience in:
- Prompt engineering and prompt-as-code
- Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG)
- Context engineering and grounding techniques
- AI evaluation frameworks
- Business analysis and stakeholder engagement
- AI governance and responsible AI principles
