If you’re an AI Engineer who wants to build things that actually get used — this could be a very interesting one.
A leading global professional services organisation is building out its AI capabilities and is looking for a hands-on AI Engineer to join its growing team.
This isn't a research-only role or a succession of POCs. You'll be designing, building, deploying and improving AI applications that solve genuine business problems — with LLMs and Generative AI at the heart of the role.
What you'll work on
- Build and deploy LLM-powered applications
- Take AI products from idea through to production
- Design datasets and develop model evaluations
- Fine-tune foundation models for specific use cases
- Test solutions directly with users and iterate quickly
- Apply ML and statistical techniques to real-world data
- Explore new developments across the rapidly evolving AI landscape

What we're looking for
Must-have:
- Strong commercial experience building LLM / Generative AI applications
- Excellent Python skills and production-quality development experience
- Experience with datasets, model evaluation and/or fine-tuning
- Strong foundations in Machine Learning and Statistics
- Experience with JavaScript / React and modern front-end technologies
- Comfortable working autonomously and taking ownership
