🔥 LLM / AI Engineer | Build Production AI | Python | GenAI

If you’re an AI Engineer who wants to build things that actually get used — this could be a very interesting one.

A leading global professional services organisation is building out its AI capabilities and is looking for a hands-on AI Engineer to join its growing team.

This isn't a research-only role or a succession of POCs. You'll be designing, building, deploying and improving AI applications that solve genuine business problems — with LLMs and Generative AI at the heart of the role.

What you'll work on

  • Build and deploy LLM-powered applications
  • Take AI products from idea through to production
  • Design datasets and develop model evaluations
  • Fine-tune foundation models for specific use cases
  • Test solutions directly with users and iterate quickly
  • Apply ML and statistical techniques to real-world data
  • Explore new developments across the rapidly evolving AI landscape

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
