AI Engineer Opportunity with Leading Global Professional Services Business
Tiro Partners is working with a leading global professional services business that is investing heavily in AI and data science, and they’re looking for an AI Engineer to join their growing team.
This is a hands-on engineering role focused on taking Generative AI and LLM technology from experimentation into real-world applications that deliver measurable business value.
What you’ll be doing:
- Build, deploy and iterate AI-powered applications
- Work extensively with LLMs and Generative AI
- Design datasets and develop model evaluations and fine-tuning approaches
- Build production-quality applications in Python
- Work across the stack, including JavaScript / React
- Test solutions directly with users and iterate based on feedback
- Research emerging AI technologies and identify practical applications

What they’re looking for:
- Strong Python engineering experience
- Hands-on experience building LLM / GenAI applications
- Understanding of model evaluation, datasets and fine-tuning
- Solid foundations in Machine Learning and Statistics
- Experience taking AI solutions into production
- Strong communication skills and a genuine curiosity about AI
