The Role
- Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to define AI product vision, roadmaps, and value creation.
- Design end-to-end Generative AI and Agentic AI architectures using the Microsoft technology stack.
- Develop reusable architecture patterns for RAG, AI agent orchestration, multi-agent collaboration, and enterprise knowledge retrieval.
- Design secure, scalable, and governed AI solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
- Ensure compliance with security, privacy, governance, and Responsible AI requirements.
- Evaluate AI technologies, vendors, and platforms to support strategic build-versus-buy decisions.

What You'll Need
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect or AI Architect within large, complex organisations.
- Strong expertise across Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, and Microsoft Fabric.
- Deep understanding of Generative AI, Agentic AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), orchestration, automation, and enterprise integration patterns.
- Experience designing secure, scalable, and governed AI solutions.
- Strong knowledge of security, privacy, governance, and compliance frameworks.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
