About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Generative AI Trainer to join our professional training and mentoring network.
The ideal candidate will have strong practical knowledge of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Prompt Engineering, AI tools, and real-world AI applications, along with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
As a Generative AI Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality online training sessions, developing practical learning activities, mentoring learners, and helping participants build the technical skills required to apply Generative AI in real-world scenarios.
This is an excellent opportunity for an AI professional who is passionate about training, mentoring, knowledge sharing, and developing the next generation of AI professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and interactive live online training sessions on Generative AI.
- Develop and deliver structured training content aligned with current industry requirements.
- Explain technical concepts in a clear, practical, and learner-friendly manner.
- Provide hands-on demonstrations, exercises, assignments, and real-world use cases.
- Guide learners through practical Generative AI projects and applications.
- Mentor learners in developing their technical and problem-solving skills.
- Teach effective Prompt Engineering methodologies and best practices.
- Introduce learners to modern Generative AI tools, platforms, APIs, and frameworks.
- Provide guidance on Large Language Models and their practical applications.
- Support learners in building industry-relevant projects and portfolios.
- Review assignments and projects and provide constructive technical feedback.
- Conduct Q&A and mentoring sessions to address learner queries.
- Stay updated with the latest developments, tools, frameworks, and trends in Generative AI.
- Continuously improve training content based on learner requirements, feedback, and industry developments.
- Encourage learners to explore responsible, ethical, and practical applications of AI.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional or hands-on experience in Generative AI, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field.
- Strong practical understanding of Generative AI technologies and their applications.
- Hands-on experience working with LLMs and AI-powered applications.
- Strong understanding of Prompt Engineering and modern AI tools.
- Good programming knowledge, preferably Python.
- Experience with AI APIs, frameworks, platforms, or development tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for learners.
- Strong mentoring, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to deliver engaging online sessions effectively.
- Ability to create, adapt, and deliver practical technical learning content.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Generative AI Trainer, AI Mentor, Technical Trainer, Consultant, or Instructor.
- Experience developing and implementing real-world Generative AI solutions.
- Experience working with corporate professionals, universities, bootcamps, or professional training providers.
- Relevant certifications in AI, Machine Learning, Cloud Computing, or Data Science.
- Strong GitHub, portfolio, technical project, or professional profile demonstrating practical AI expertise.
- Experience mentoring students, graduates, career changers, or early-career technology professionals.
