916 Studios is a premium creative production company producing social-first content for brands, creators, agencies, and public companies. Our clients range from fast-scaling consumer brands to publicly listed companies, with projects including work for Google, Oracle, and TikTok.
The Role:
We're looking for a GenAI Video Creator who uses AI-native tools as a primary production method, not as a shortcut, but as a craft. You'll produce high-performance content for social media, websites, and beyond, blending AI-generated visuals, motion, sound, and narrative into media that drives results, not just views.
What You'll Do:
- Generate and direct AI-native video content for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and X
- Own projects end-to-end, from brief to final delivery
- Act as your own creative director: prompt, generate, select, and combine AI assets, visuals, motion, sound, voiceover, music, to cohesively serve the story
- Build engaging hooks, retention, and pacing using AI-first workflows
- Adapt styles and aesthetics intelligently to different brands and audiences
- Composite and refine AI outputs in post to a polished, publish-ready standard
- Deliver strong first drafts

Apply If You Have:
- 2+ years of experience producing content with AI-native tools
- A portfolio of AI-generated content with links to work currently live on social media
- Hands-on proficiency with leading GenAI video platforms (e.g., Higgsfield, ElevenLabs, HeyGen, or equivalent)
- Strong prompt engineering skills with the ability to direct AI outputs with precision and intention
- A strong sense of storytelling, with the ability to independently shape AI-generated footage into a coherent, engaging narrative from a brief or concept alone
- Working knowledge of Premiere Pro or equivalent for post-production and compositing
- A strong eye for design, visual consistency, and brand aesthetics
- Sound judgement on music, audio design, and pacing for platform-native content
- A deep understanding of hooks, retention, and what makes AI content feel intentional rather than generated
- Clean workflow habits: methodical, organised, no missed deadlines, and excellent communication

- You actively look for ways to improve content without being asked

- You bring fresh ideas, formats, and techniques to every project
