Senior Generative Creative Artist

The role

Wander is looking for a Senior Generative Artist to work across our growing slate of film, HETV, and commercial productions. This is a creative and technical role at the intersection of AI-native tooling and high-end visual production.

You will be generating photorealistic imagery for use in professional post-production pipelines, working from briefs, shot lists, and creative direction to produce frames that meet broadcast and theatrical delivery standards. You understand what makes a shot work and can execute independently from concept through to delivery-ready output.

You likely have:

  • Demonstrable experience producing generative imagery for professional production contexts
  • A working knowledge of current generative model pipelines: diffusion-based workflows, ControlNet, inpainting, and equivalent tooling
  • An eye trained by traditional VFX, photography, or cinematography: you think in shots, not prompts
  • Experience delivering to professional colour and resolution specifications
  • The ability to take creative direction and iterate quickly without losing quality

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
