About The Role
As a Genesys Specialist Demonstrator, you'll play a pivotal role in designing and showcasing BT's market-leading Genesys Cloud solutions. Acting as a technical authority, you'll take ownership of complex customer solutions from concept through to delivery, combining deep technical expertise with exceptional customer engagement skills.
Working closely with customers, bid teams and design specialists, you'll lead impactful demonstrations that influence customer decisions, support business growth and reinforce BT's position as a leading Genesys Cloud partner. This is a highly visible, customer-facing role where you'll provide technical leadership, shape best practice and help define the future direction of Genesys Cloud solutions across BT.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own the end-to-end design and delivery of complex Genesys Cloud solutions for enterprise customers.
- Lead engaging customer demonstrations, showcasing the value and capability of BT's Genesys Cloud portfolio.
- Act as a trusted technical advisor, translating customer requirements into scalable, innovative solutions.
- Support bids, proposals and customer engagements through technical expertise and solution shaping.
- Provide technical leadership across the design community, reviewing designs, setting standards and mentoring colleagues.
- Collaborate with specialists, architects and stakeholders to deliver high-quality customer outcomes.
- Drive continuous improvement by contributing to design principles, governance and strategic direction.

Essential Skills / Experience
- Strong Genesys Cloud expertise, with proven experience designing and delivering contact centre and customer experience solutions.
- End-to-end solution design capability, including ownership of complex technical solutions from concept through to implementation.
- Excellent customer engagement skills, with the ability to consult senior stakeholders and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Demonstrated technical leadership, including design governance, mentoring and influencing technical direction.
- Confident communicator and presenter, experienced in delivering customer demonstrations and explaining complex concepts clearly.
Desirable Skills / Experience
- Genesys Cloud certifications.
- Experience supporting bids, tenders and pre-sales activities.
- Understanding of commercial and operational considerations within solution design.
- Experience defining design standards, frameworks and best practices.
- Ability to contribute to strategic technology roadmaps and future solution development.
- Experience leading high-profile customer demonstrations and executive briefings.
