Job Description
Overview of Role:
As a Barista/GA, you will be a key part of our front-of-house team, delivering exceptional coffee and customer service in a vibrant, fast-paced environment. You will take pride in crafting high-quality drinks, maintaining a clean and welcoming space, and building strong relationships with our customers. This role is hands-on, energetic, and perfect for someone who thrives on teamwork and great service.

Main Responsibilities:
- Serve customers to the highest standard, going above and beyond to create memorable experiences.
- Build strong, friendly relationships with regular and new customers alike.
- Take customer orders accurately and ensure they are delivered with a warm smile.
- Handle payments efficiently using the till system.
- Set up the coffee station with all necessary supplies and equipment for a successful shift.
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages to company standards.
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and well-organized coffee station throughout the day.
- Clean and care for coffee machines and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Supporting with orders of all coffee, cleaning and disposable supplies to ensure stock levels are maintained.
- Assist in the preparation and display of food items, ensuring freshness and visual appeal.
- Keep counters, displays, and service areas clean, tidy, and well-stocked throughout the day.
- Keep seating and service areas clean, tidy, and inviting for customers at all times.
- Support your fellow team members—teamwork is essential to our success.
- Be flexible and ready to assist in other areas of service when needed.

Qualifications
Skills & Attributes:
- Passion for coffee and customer service.
- Friendly, approachable, and enthusiastic attitude.
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.

Tuesday- Thursday 07.00-15.30, 22.5 hours a week plus overtime available
