About the Company

Quod Financial builds automated multi-asset trading technology (OMS, EMS, SOR, execution algos, TCA) for global financial institutions. We are transforming our core platform with generative AI, introducing AI-native products like Qanvas (desktop) and Quazar (FIX fabric). We are hiring a builder to grow the marketing function and tell this story.

About the Role

You will be a key part of a team who own marketing end-to-end—driving brand, design, content, product positioning, and AI discoverability. The responsibilities include:

  • Generative AI optimisation
    • Ensure Quod is accurately cited when buyers query AI models (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, Gemini, Copilot) for our core market.
    • Optimize technical content for retrieval and build our AI share-of-voice metrics alongside SEO.
  • Brand
    • Define the messaging architecture connecting our 20-year execution heritage with our AI-native roadmap.
    • Craft launch narratives, naming, and messaging that resonate with both Heads of Trading and CTOs.
  • Design
    • Hands-on creation of collateral, decks, web pages, and visual assets using modern AI media and design tools.
    • Build scalable design systems so sales can self-serve.
  • Product direction
    • Embed directly with product and engineering teams to turn technical velocity into clear market proof.
    • Feed competitive insights back into the product roadmap.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
