About the Company
Quod Financial builds automated multi-asset trading technology (OMS, EMS, SOR, execution algos, TCA) for global financial institutions. We are transforming our core platform with generative AI, introducing AI-native products like Qanvas (desktop) and Quazar (FIX fabric). We are hiring a builder to grow the marketing function and tell this story.
About the Role
The GEO and Marketing Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in London. You will be a key part of the team owning marketing end-to-end at a 200-person B2B fintech—driving brand, design, content, product positioning, and AI discoverability.
Working directly with the Head of Marketing, you’ll touch every channel: events, email, content, LinkedIn, data, and Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO). You will have real ownership and execution responsibility from week one.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
