The business is investing heavily in digital innovation and is focused on building a world-leading brand ecosystem, making this an incredible opportunity for an AEO/GEO Lead to shape how millions of customers discover and shop its brands in an AI-first world.
THE ROLE
As AEO/GEO Lead, you’ll take ownership of the strategy for how the group’s brands appear, rank and get recommended across the next generation of AI-powered discovery. From ChatGPT and Google AI Overviews to Gemini and Perplexity, you’ll build the roadmap for AEO and GEO, driving visibility, traffic and revenue as customer behaviour moves beyond traditional search. Sitting at the intersection of SEO, AI, data, content and product, the AEO/GEO Lead will have the opportunity to genuinely define what AI-driven retail discovery looks like at huge scale.

THE PERSON
The ideal AEO/GEO Lead will come from a strong SEO background, with expertise across technical SEO, content strategy, entity optimisation and large-scale ecommerce. You’ll be highly analytical, commercially minded and excited by the rapidly evolving world of AI search, with knowledge of areas such as structured data, LLMs, AI visibility, product feeds and experimentation. For an AEO/GEO Lead who wants to be right at the forefront of where search and ecommerce are heading next, this is a seriously exciting opportunity.
