GEO/AEO Manager
We are looking for a GEO/AEO Manager to improve AI search visibility for our clients' brands.
The role focuses on two outcomes:
GEO: Increase Brand Mentions and Recommendations in AI Answers

Track client visibility across buyer-intent prompts.

Identify where competitors are mentioned or recommended instead.

Improve brand presence in category, comparison, and recommendation queries.

Analyze which third-party sources influence AI recommendations.

Develop strategies around:
- Category listicles
- Comparison pages
- Alternatives pages
- Review platforms
- Industry publications
- Reddit and communities
- Expert mentions
- Partner pages

Monitor brand positioning and factual accuracy across AI engines.

Responsibilities
Prompt Tracking & Research

Build prompt sets around real buyer intent.

Organize prompts by topic, use case, funnel stage, geography, and competitor.

Run repeated tests across multiple AI engines.

Track:
- Visibility
- Brand mentions
- Recommendations
- Citations
- Share of voice
- Average position
- Citation sources
- Competitor performance

Client Audits

Create GEO/AEO audits showing:
- Where the client appears
- Where competitors win
- Which prompts matter most
- Which pages earn citations
- Which third-party sources influence recommendations
- Which content and authority gaps should be fixed first

Turn findings into a prioritized action plan.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of GEO, AEO, and AI Search
- Experience with AI visibility or prompt-tracking platforms
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Ability to analyze citations and recommendation patterns
- Experience with content strategy and competitor research
- Ability to turn data into clear client recommendations
- Strong written communication
- High attention to factual accuracy
