Geoenvironmental Consultant: Guildford

We are recruiting for a Geoenvironmental Consultant to join an established independent consultancy specialising in geotechnical and geoenvironmental site investigations across the UK for over 25 years. Based near Guildford, the company works with Consulting Engineers and Main Contractors, delivering site investigations, testing, and professional reporting.

The Role
As a Geoenvironmental Consultant, you'll be involved in:
- Phase 1 Desk Studies and Preliminary Risk Assessments
- Site and ground investigations, including fieldwork
- Contamination assessments and environmental monitoring
- Reviewing laboratory data and producing technical reports
- Remediation Method Statements and Verification/Validation Reports
- Liaising with clients, contractors, and project stakeholders
About You
We are looking for a Geoenvironmental Consultant with relevant experience in geoenvironmental consultancy, site investigation, or contaminated land. You should have good technical and report-writing skills and be comfortable working independently and as part of a team. You must also have a relevant degree (e.g., geology, geoscience, geotechnical engineering, earth science).

A full UK driving license and full right to work in the UK are essential. You must also live in or near Guildford and be able to commute to the company's office.
