Cardiff
Salary: GBP30,000 - GBP40,000
We are currently looking for a Geoenvironmental Engineer to join a growing consultancy with a strong presence across South Wales and the Bristol area.
The role will involve a mixture of office and site-based work, giving you the opportunity to work on a varied range of geoenvironmental and contaminated land projects across Cardiff, Bristol and the surrounding areas.
The Role
You Will Be Involved In:
- Phase 1 Desk Studies and Preliminary Risk Assessments
- Ground investigations and site works
- Soil and groundwater sampling
- Contaminated land assessments
- Remediation projects and validation
- Factual and interpretive reporting
- Site investigations and watching briefs
- Liaising with clients, contractors, and other consultants
- Working alongside geotechnical and environmental teams

About You
We are looking for someone with:
- A degree in Geology, Environmental Science, Geoscience, or a related subject
- Previous experience within a geoenvironmental or contaminated land role
- Experience supporting or carrying out ground investigations
- Good technical and report writing skills
- A practical approach to site work
- A full UK driving licence
