Key Duties
- Plan and deliver engaging physical and human Geography lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.
- Assess student work, track pupil progress, and offer constructive feedback to boost achievement.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-energy learning environment.
- Guide students through target grade criteria and key exam techniques.
- Work alongside supportive secondary Humanities teams to enrich the curriculum.
Requirements
- QTS or QTLS status (ECTs/NQTs and experienced practitioners are encouraged)
- Degree level qualification in Geography or a related discipline.
- Proven track record of teaching Geography within the UK Secondary National Curriculum.
- Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or readiness to process one)
