Job Title: GEO/SEO Senior Manager
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a GEO/SEO Senior Manager based in United Kingdom.
This is a fully remote senior individual contributor role focused on shaping how a fast-growing global platform is discovered through both traditional search and AI-powered experiences. You will own the global GEO and SEO strategy, roadmap, measurement, and experimentation agenda. The role combines technical SEO, generative search optimization, analytics, content strategy, and cross-functional execution. You will help define how brands can remain visible and authoritative as AI transforms the buyer journey. Working closely with Marketing, Web, Analytics, Communications, and other teams, you will turn insights into measurable organic growth. This is an opportunity to operate with significant autonomy in a rapidly evolving field where experimentation and innovation are highly valued.
Accountabilities

- Develop dashboards, reporting frameworks, playbooks, and processes that connect traditional search and AI visibility with meaningful business outcomes.
- Partner with Content and Product Marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that address buyer needs across markets, regions, and stages of the customer journey.
- Build and scale programs that improve visibility, citations, and recommendations across AI-powered search and LLM experiences, covering topics, prompts, queries, and buyer questions throughout the funnel.
- Identify influential third-party publications, communities, platforms, and other sources that shape AI understanding and recommendations, and collaborate internally to secure relevant placements and distribution.
- Lead technical SEO and AI discoverability initiatives, including structured data, entity optimization, crawlability, indexation, internal linking, and site architecture.
- Design and run experiments to identify the strategies and tactics that improve organic performance and AI visibility, translating successful findings into repeatable best practices.
- Own and continuously evolve the GEO/SEO technology stack by monitoring emerging tools and technologies, testing their potential, and recommending high-value implementations.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
