Geotechnical Engineer (Oxfordshire)

Salary: GBP28,000 - GBP34,000

A specialist ground investigation consultancy based in Oxfordshire is seeking a geotechnical engineer to join their team on a variety of exciting projects. With support to chartership and focused career progression, this is a great next step for any experienced engineer or consultant.

The Geotechnical Engineer selected will be working on a range of ground investigation projects across the South and Midlands. You'll be working on trial pits, borehole logging, ground water and gas monitoring, soil sampling, completing desktop studies, and writing factual and interpretive reports.

The Geotechnical Engineer Selected Will Be Offered

To be considered for the Geotechnical Engineer position you should:

  • Have a degree in Engineering Geology, Geotechnical Engineering, Geoscience, Environmental Engineering, or Civil Engineering (with a geotechnical focus) or similar (MSc preferred).
  • Have experience within ground investigation, particularly with site work proficiency.
  • Have a full and clean UK Driving Licence.
  • Be commutable around Oxfordshire and the surrounding area.
  • Have a full right to work in the UK.
