Geotechnical/Geoenvironmental Engineer
A geotechnical/geoenvironmental engineer is required to join the geotechnical engineering division operating out of the company’s Cambridge office, situated in the village of Fen Ditton, just off the A14. Engineers work on a range of site investigation projects across East Anglia, the South of England and further afield.
Role Requirements
Candidates as a minimum should have:
- A degree in a relevant subject
- 4 years of site investigation experience in the UK
- Competence in supervising and completing standard fieldwork techniques
- A full UK driving license
- Excellent communications skills (both written and verbal)
- A keen interest in learning new skills

Role Description
The role will involve a mixture of site work/supervision and office-based work; predominantly based around the specification, quoting, operation, management, interpretation, and reporting of geotechnical and contaminated land investigations. Engineers will work with a team of senior and graduate engineers, and be trained in any aspects they are not familiar with. The role will involve helping to supervise and train graduate engineers to undertake ground investigations, and ensuring ground investigations are run according to the specification.
