German Business Development Representative (Cloud Technology)
Kraków, Poland (Hybrid: 3 days office / 2 days remote)
Full-time | Permanent Contract
Base salary: 11,000 PLN gross/month + Uncapped performance bonuses

What You'll Be Doing
In this role, you will own the full consultative sales cycle for small, medium, and enterprise-level clients:
- Engage with business customers and act as a trusted advisor in cloud technology solutions
- Identify, develop, and convert new sales opportunities through proactive outreach and relationship building
- Manage negotiations, handle objections, and confidently close deals
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to consistently exceed targets
- Work with SMBs, agencies, and C-level decision makers across multiple industries
- Stay ahead of industry trends in cloud and digital transformation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure best-in-class customer experience

You will report directly to the Operations Sales Manager and play a key role in driving both individual and team success.
What Makes You a Great Fit
We are looking for ambitious sales professionals who combine drive, resilience, and curiosity:
- German language: B2+/C1 level (mandatory)
- English: B2 level or higher
- 1+ year of experience in sales, business development, or account management
- Proven ability in prospecting, negotiation, and closing deals
- Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
- Basic understanding of cloud-based or SaaS solutions (a plus)
- Strong problem-solving and objection-handling mindset
- Willingness to relocate to Kraków, Poland
Training & Onboarding

Compensation & Performance Rewards
We reward impact, not just effort:
- Base salary: 11,000 PLN gross/month
- Quarterly performance bonus: Starting from 5,000 PLN gross when reaching 100% of target Higher performance = higher earnings potential (uncapped)
